DeveloAID collaborated with CARE International to deliver advocacy training for civil society organizations (CSOs) and youth leaders across Yemen. The initiative was part of CARE’s “Foundation for Peace” (FFP) program, designed to promote stability by strengthening the capacity of local actors to address community needs through advocacy and engagement with decision-makers.
The training targeted youth-led organizations and CARE’s local partners in Sana’a, Aden, and Taiz governorates, focusing on building their skills to engage in conflict-sensitive advocacy. The program emphasized practical tools for mobilizing advocacy efforts and fostering dialogue between communities and local councils. The overarching goal was to empower participants to influence policy decisions and contribute to peacebuilding through inclusive and effective advocacy practices.
